Do I need to know anything about websites?
No. You know your business; I handle the technical side and explain anything you need to decide in plain terms.
Who owns my web address?
You do, on either package. It's registered in your name, so it stays yours no matter what.
What if I don't like the preview?
Tell me what isn't working and I'll adjust it. If it still isn't right for you, you walk away owing nothing.
How long does it take?
Most small business sites are ready to preview within a couple of weeks, and live within a few days of your go-ahead.
