I'm a science teacher and photographer in Huntingdon, Tennessee. I've spent years watching good local businesses stay hard to find online, not because they don't deserve customers, but because nobody had time to build them a proper home on the web.
Candle Hill Collective is how I help fix that. I build clean, fast websites for the businesses that make our towns work, at prices a small business can actually say yes to.
Why Candle Hill
The name comes from Matthew 5. A city set on a hill can't be hidden, and nobody lights a candle only to put it under a basket. It goes on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house.
That's the idea behind every site I build. If you're doing good work, people should be able to find it.
Why a collective
Right now, the collective is me, working with a set of AI tools that help me build carefully and quickly. That's a big part of how I keep prices within reach.
Every site is still designed, checked, and supported by a real person, and you'll always have my number. As the work grows, I plan to bring in local writers, designers, and photographers.
